The Services required are set out as follows:
Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
Student Services – Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.
