Job Description
Handle general reception duties such as answering phonecalls, walk-
in enquiries and receiving delivery of items.
• Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form
teacher/parents when necessary.
• Manage school’s generic email account.
• Perform administrative duties and logistic supports in meetings and
events.
• Assist Administration Department in projects assigned related to
administration and logistics.
• Assist in the school filing and document creation.
• Assist school with data entry and tabulation for school’s evaluation.
• Any other duties as and when admin manager
