Job Description
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as
documentation, data entry work and
managing correspondences to stakeholders
eg school staff, student, parent and vendor.
• Support in matters related to finance,
procurement, stores management, logistics
and customer service.
• Assist in dissemination of information
pertaining to school programmes/school
circulars to parents and attend to their
queries. Maintain customer related
information eg phone log.
• Assist in the printing of worksheets/
examination papers, when required.
Student Management matters
• Provide admin and logistic support in the
preparation of teaching materials, posters and
props, etc for school programmes.
• Provide basic first aid to students with minor
injuries and update parents of such cases.
• Provide assistance to students eg Lost & Found
items, change of uniform, locating teacher/
classroom/parent.
Any other duties assigned.
