Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
-Attending to general enquiries in the School General Office via phone calls, walk-ins and any other method of enquiry.
-To provide general administrative and housekeeping support in General Office including but not limited to filing, sorting of mails, updating of notice boards, managing office stationeries, etc.
-To provide logistical and admin support in school events and activities e.g. PSLE, P1 registration, staff events etc.
Other ad-hoc admin support duties as assigned by the school from time to time.
