Generating works orders or purchase order using the internal systems
Processing monthly payments for various projects
Keeping track of officer’ training hours
Keeping and filing minutes of meetings, contact notes and discussions
Making purchase of plans and drawings (off site)
Carry out daily administrative works, e.g. printing, binding, filing and registering of documents, data entry, shredding of documents etc
Housekeeping of data, books and files (both hard and soft copies) Fix up logistical arrangement for meetings and events

Requirements
- Minimally GCE 'O' Level / SPM holders, GCE 'A' Level / STPM / UEC holders and ITE graduates
- Must be able to communicate and write in English
- Must have good knowledge of using outlook to reply emails and good knowledge of using Microsoft Office software’s i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
