Job Description
Administrative duties will generally include :-
– Print & distribute worksheets & teaching materials timely
– Assist teachers in preparation of teaching materials
– Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in printing room
– Perform receptionist duties:
e.g. Answer incoming calls, resolve caller’s enquries wherever possible,
redirect appropriate queries to in-charge, attend to walk-in students,
parents, vendors and public visitors in the General Office, etc
– Attend to sick &/or injured pupils, incident reporting
– Assist to prepare & distribute administration documents timely
– Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in the General Office and
reception area
– Other adhoc work and duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
