Job Description
Provide support for finance and related administrative functions within the Finance department.
Liaise with learners and companies through phone calls and emails in relation to outstanding invoices or other matters.
Maintain accurate communication records using Microsoft Excel and prepare documents using Microsoft Word.
Communicate and work with internal colleagues through email, phone calls or meetings.
Schedule meetings to review work progress with Finance colleagues.
Job Requirement
Minimum O’ level qualification
Experience in office environment or customer service-related work preferred)
