a) Counter Duties
* Handling telephone calls and enquiries from public, parents, students and staff.
* Attend to day-to-day needs of students.
* Maintaining and updating of student’s early leave college records
b) Adhoc Duties
* Provide ad-hoc printing needs for teachers on designated afternoons.
* Assist in following up with teachers in-charge on delivery requirements,
* General cleaning of the GO counter and reception area
* Maintain records of in-coming mails and arrange for distribution
* Assist in collation of School Bills for distribution to students
c) General Admin:
* Maintain and updating students’ data records, e.g. A level certificates and testimonials, etc.
* Perform admin task e.g. filing, photocopy.
* Assist in contacting TICs on submission of supporting documents and endorsement for payment.
* Assist in updating of Staff Leave records (MC & Overseas Leave)
d) Other Duties
* Compile data/statistics & survey as and when required.
* Any other duties as assigned by P, VPs, AMs
