Job Description & Requirements(A) Reception: –
To provide customer service at the school’s General Office
reception counter. This includes handling queries and requests
from the public, staff and students.
– Personnel must be able to handle all incoming telephone calls
(including redirecting the calls to the correct personnel or take
down messages where necessary).
– To make telephone calls to parents / students / customers /
suppliers as directed by the school.
– To follow the school’s standard operating procedures (SOPs)
closely (e.g. school safety and security SOPs and SOPs in
handling late reporting students, injured/sick students, etc).
– To keep the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
– To be able to multi-task effectively, especially during peak hours:
school arrival time, recess and school dismissal time.
(B) Administrative Support –
To provide admin. support in areas of data collation, data-entry,
operate office quipment and relevant online systems. – Set up and prepare rooms for meetings (e.g. prepare hot water and beverages).
To follow the school’s SOPs and provide administrative support together with the School Admin. Team.
– Play a role in the school emergency exercises and other administrative/operational areas, which may be required from time
to time.
