Counter Duties
Customer Service Counter Duty (mindset must meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous). Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
To handle daily varied requests and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
To call students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
To render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick & injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
To handle / support situation when students’ vomit and soiled their clothes.
General Duties
To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
To assist in general typing duties.
To assist in stores supplies management / inventories during school holidays.
To assist in all school events including catering / set up of rooms.
To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
