Job Description
Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general
enquiries, emails/mails and faxes
Man reception counter, man the intercom phone system and
be able to provide professional customer service
Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and
provide coordination support as required by the school
Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive
documents, scan and laminate materials
Attend to unwell/injured students
Any other duties as assigned by the school
