Job Description & RequirementsManaging operations, ensuring optimaldeployment and resources, while monitoring field activities and respondingaccordingly by adjusting deployment strategies.
Review andoptimise Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to maximise efficiency and safety.
Conduct preliminary investigation into publiccomplaints, operational mishaps, or disciplinary infractions, and implement correctiveactions.
Input , update and maintain accurate recordsof field incidents , citations, daily logs, and enforcement metrics in theprimary database.
Regularly audit data entered by fieldofficers to ensure compliances with legal standards, formatting rules, andorganizational policies.
Oversee the tracking , maintenance, andissuance of logistics to support the enforcement project.
Liaise with external partners, includinglocal law enforcement, government agencies and community groups to coordinate jointoperations.
Any assigned task by the client .
