Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

 Daily upkeep of the food labs including sweeping, mopping,

tidying of food labs and prep room.

 Prepare for & support lessons at the food labs.

 Collate orders of recipes from teachers and carry out timely

orders of ingredients for daily lessons and examinations.

 Support NFS unit with filling and documentation, including

billings, receipts, delivery order, etc

 Assist with internal stock-checking and assets checking.

 Manage equipment loans, book reference, etc.

 Liaise with contractors on equipment maintenance.

 Support other department activities including those involving the

use of the food labs.
