Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Supervision & Discipline Prevention
* Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct
systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.
* Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Multi-Purpose Hall
during daily recess periods.
* Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer
reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).
2. Latecoming monitoring
* Record latecomers arriving after 07:30am
* Manage latecomers data.
3. In-House Suspension Support
* Help establish a structured environment for suspended students to
support learning continuity during suspension.
* Guide students through structured reflective activities and support their
transition back into the classroom environment.
4. Investigative & Case Support
* Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding
interviews.
* Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate.
* Compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant
Key Personnel for directions.
5. Data Management
* Collate and manage discipline-related data, including latecoming
records, discipline statements, and other relevant documentation.
6. Deployment & Reporting
* The DSO will report operationally to the Student Development
Committee.
* The deployment schedule will be determined by the school in
accordance with the termly school timetable and school events
