Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the venue and ensure events run smoothly.
Coordinate event setup, bookings, and venue arrangements with clients and vendors.
Respond to customer enquiries through email, phone calls, and in-person
Provide good customer service and support guests during events.
Prepare schedules, reports, and event documents using Microsoft Office.
Ensure venue facilities are organized and ready for use.
Work closely with the team to handle event logistics and operations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client requests.
Support marketing and promotional activities for venue events when required.

Job Requirement

Diploma with experience in events and venue management, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
Relevant experience in customer service or similar industries can also be considered.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
