Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
1) Provide cleaning services;
2) Provide logistics support for school events e.g. moving and arranging
tables and chairs etc;
3) Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure;
4) Escort and supervise the Authority’s appointed term contractors who
are carrying out facilities management services in school;
5) Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies
and feedback to Operations Manager for replenishment of stock;
6) Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting
goods and/or services, compiliation of delivery orders) to assist the
Operations Manager;
7) Report building faults to Operations Manager;
8) Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the
Authority.
