Job Description

The Personnel shall be competent to perform duties as listed below: –

1.        Counter Operations and Services

·        Ensure the opening/closing of facilities and manning of the counter service during operation hours from Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 9pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 7pm.

·        To handle general enquiries from the students, staff and the public and to ensure all phone or walk-in enquiries are attended to within our service guidelines.

·        Check on cleanliness at T-Junction and Blk A Facilities and inform NYP cleaning Contractor for follow-up.

·        Checking and closing all doors at the end of the day.

·        To turn off the lights and air-cons at the end of day.

·        Check Ensure furniture and property are not being moved around within the facility.

·        Check Ensure furniture and property are not taken out of the facility.

 

2.        Facilities Booking Management and Usage

·        Manage the use of the facilities either via NYP online Booking System or via the manual bookings for Pool Tables and other facilities at T-Junction

·        Ensure opening/closing of facilities before and after use at T-Junction and Blk A Facilities

·        Ensure facilities are set up or ready for use by respective users before each booking session at T-Junction

·        Ensure facilities are set up or ready for use by respective users at Blk A facilities before daily operating hours by 9am

·        Monitor usage of facilities at T-Junction and Blk A and inform NYP of any issues or damages immediately

 

3.        Inventory Management

·        Ensure proper management and monitoring of inventory monthly

·        Ensure items are stored in the correct locations. This includes verification of quantity in the document against physical inventory

 

4. Maintenance and Delivery

·        Report faults or problems to Eco-Campus Services and Solutions Department by calling the maintenance hotline number 6550-0300.
