Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all contract-related matters between the contractor and the team
Plan, monitor, and govern all O&M activities including platform maintenance, upgrades, patch management, security remediation, and service request delivery.
Chair and attend regular governance meetings with PSC; prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 working days.
Produce monthly progress reports covering: resource utilisation, SLA performance, incident tracking, SR status, storage and performance metrics, and audit readiness.
Manage the full SR lifecycle – from receipt, quotation(within 3 working days for Normal; 1 working day for Urgent), to production implementation – in compliance with SR classification and completion SLAs.
Oversee the annual UiPath platform upgrade cycle including Staging environment testing, Non-Production rollout, Production deployment, and version documentation updates.
Drive and manage the GCC+ cloud migration workstream,coordinating design approval, security clearance, testing, and cutover.
Develop and maintain the Operations and Maintenance Support Plan, Transition Plan, Exit Plan (within 1 month of Purchase Order),Business Continuity Plan, and IT-DR Plan.
Manage contractor personnel onboarding, security clearance coordination (typically 2 weeks to 6 months for government clearance), and ensure each team member signs the Letter of Undertaking before commencing work.
Track and report 100% of all incidents and problems until closure by , enforcing SLA response and resolution commitments (Severity1: respond within 2 hours, resolve within 4 hours).
Ensure compliance with government ICT security policies, data protection obligations (Clause 36 of Master Contract), and confidentiality requirements (Clause 35).
Manage risk, issues, and change requests; seek Customer approval for any team member changes.
Coordinate annual VAPT, SSAT, and bi-annual security audits, and oversee remediation of findings within stipulated SLAs.
Ensure smooth exit management and knowledge transfer at contract end, including handover of all documentation, credentials, and outstanding tasks.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software O&M projects.
Demonstrated experience as SPOC / PM on a government or large enterprise project – responsible for stakeholder governance, SLA management, and monthly reporting.
Familiarity with UiPath or RPA platform environments sufficient to manage technical teams and communicate effectively with PSC.
Experience managing security clearance processes and government compliance requirements.
Strong proficiency in preparing project deliverables: progress reports, risk registers, transition plans, and exit plans.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
Understanding of UiPath Automation Suite components and Kubernetes-based infrastructure – sufficient to track dependencies and escalate issues.
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes: incident management, change management, problem management, and SLA governance.
Familiarity with Government Data Centre (GDC)environments and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC / GCC+) migration frameworks.
Understanding of patch management lifecycle, vulnerability classification (Critical, High, Medium, Low), and remediation SLAmanagement.
Experience coordinating VAPT / SSAT exercises and managing remediation workstreams.
Good to Have
Prior experience managing O&M contracts for Singapore Government ministries, statutory boards, or public sector agencies.
Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement processes and government contract management.
Experience managing RPA platform migrations to Government Commercial Cloud (GCC+).
Exposure to multi-agency shared service platforms or Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital programmes.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
PMP / PRINCE2 / CAPM certification – preferred.
ITIL Foundation or higher – advantageous.
