Job Description
1. Managing the General Office counter
Attending to walk-in visitors and phone calls
Handling enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders
2. Providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries (i.e., small cut,
bruises etc.)
3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail
4. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of:
General Office
Reception area
Storerooms and workspaces
Sickbay
5. Managing office supplies and stationery distribution
6. Performing administrative duties such as:
Filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents
7. Supporting logistics and operations, including:
Packing and distributing materials
Coordinating deliveries and collections
8. Tracking and replenishing first-aid supplies (General Office and
Special Rooms)
9. Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned
All personnel shall:
* Support and cover one another when required
* Be rotated across duties when necessary
* Be capable of performing both front desk and backend
administrative roles
