Assistant Manager / Manager (Payments)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage Payments: Oversee all outgoing funds and ensure every transaction follows strict financial laws and internal audit rules.
Improve Processes: Identify manual or slow workflows and redesign them to be faster, automated, and more secure.
Analyze Data: Use tools like Power BI or Tableau to turn payment trends into visual reports for senior management.
System Management: Act as a power user in SAP to maintain accurate financial records and resolve posting errors.
Job Requirement
- Requirements:
- Background: A degree in Accountancy or a CA/CPA qualification to ensure a deep understanding of financial principles.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on proficiency in SAP modules and proficiency in data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel).
- Experience: A proven track record in high-volume payment operations and managing complex financial resource cycles.
