Facility Technician
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an FM Technician to join our team on a rotating shift basis (early and late shifts, Monday to Friday). You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facilities, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs of installations, fixtures, and equipment
-Undertake minor building, mechanical, and electrical repair works
-Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests
-Coordinate with contractors and vendors
-Supervise maintenance and repair works
-Assist in fire safety management and emergencies
-Liaise with employees on projects and maintenance works
-Update information databases and records
Job Requirement
-Experience in facilities management or related field
-Knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems
-Ability to work on a rotating shift basis
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
