Coordinate recruiters and onboarding teams to meet hiring targets
Manage project budgets, headcount plans
Allocate resources based on project priorities and workload
Job Requirement
5+ years of project management experience with strong exposure to manpower planning
Proven experience in staffing and deployment of project teams
Experience managing large or multi-site workforce deployments
