Job Description

Job Summary

Lead and manage contract assessors to deliver audit and compliance assessments with confidentiality and accuracy. Apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure compliance standards are met under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate contract assessors to execute audit and compliance assessments effectively and independently
Apply confidentiality principles to protect sensitive information during all stages of audit and compliance work
Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English to produce accurate reports and liaise with stakeholders
Analyze data and observations to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
Produce detailed, well-structured reports to document audit findings and support decision-making
Organize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently to support audit documentation and presentations
Operate computer systems efficiently to manage audit processes and data
Work independently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accountability and leadership over the team
Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Private Investigator license

Job Requirement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in any field of study
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in audit and/or compliance work
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in law enforcement work
  • Previous membership in the Singapore Police Force or any Law Enforcement Agency
