Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
Administrative Functions
– Mainly perform HR-related administrative functions, e.g.,
appointment of flexi-adjunct teachers, tracking of leave
applications, issuance of door access cards, etc. in relevant HR /
IT systems (e.g., REMS, HRP)
– Perform data entry, maintain staff contact list, organisation chart
and staff’s parking etc, as part of HR-related functions
– Support the administration for onboarding and exit of school staff
– Manage the courier / postage matters (e.g., collect incoming
mails, letters and post out mails, etc.)
– General administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties assigned
as part of the admin team (e.g., updating of staff’s pigeon holes,
filing of documents, etc.)
Counter Services
– Answer calls and address simple queries or record contact
details for relevant staff to call back
– Man the General Office Counter and manage walk-ins to General
Office (e.g., parents, instructors, deliverymen, etc.)
– Assist students who are unwell
– Communicate with staff, parents and relevant stakeholders in
managing students / parents
