Job Description
The Discipline Aide supports the school’s discipline framework by
assisting the Discipline Committee in upholding a safe, respectful, and
conducive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support and Supervision
• Work closely with the Discipline Committee to uphold school discipline
standards and expectations.
• Manage and monitor student latecomers, ensuring appropriate follow-
up actions are taken.
• Supervise students during detention classes and ensure compliance
with school rules and restorative practices.
• Support safe management measures during recess and other school-
wide activities.
• Assist in the management and resolution of student behavioural issues
as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and provide timely
updates to relevant staff when required.
Other Responsibilities:
• Assist in school events or programmes related to student well-being
and discipline.
• Support the overall school culture of care and responsibility through
positive student engagement.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Discipline Committee or
School Leaders.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with
students and staff.
• Firm yet empathetic approach to student management.
• Ability to remain calm and objective in handling challenging situations.
