Job Description
The Service Provider shall be responsible for carrying out the following
duties:
1. General Cleanliness – Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned
equipment and workplace areas to ensure a safe and hygienic
environment.
2. Logistical Support – Provide assistance for school events and activities,
including the transportation, arrangement, and setup of furniture and
equipment.
3. Contractor Escorting – Escort and supervise external contractors during
maintenance or repair works on school premises, ensuring security and
compliance with school protocols.
4. Safety Monitoring – Monitor school premises for any potential safety
hazards and take prompt action or report them to the relevant authority.
5. Fault Reporting – Identify and report any building faults or maintenance
issues observed within the school compound.
6. Cleaning of Assigned Areas – Perform routine cleaning of designated
rooms, which includes sweeping, mopping, emptying rubbish bins, wiping
surfaces, and arranging tables and chairs neatly.
7. Ad-hoc Duties – Perform duties independently and undertake any other
tasks as assigned by School Leaders, the Operations Manager, or the
Admin Manager, as required.
