Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate loading and discharging operations of cargo at the site.
Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed during loading, transfer, and discharging activities.
Liaise with terminal staff, vessel crew, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Inspect loading arms, hoses, and related equipment prior to use.
Monitor cargo transfer rates and maintain accurate operational logs.
Report incidents, abnormalities, and equipment issues promptly to management.
Ensure compliance with Maritime Port Authority (MPA) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / NITEC in Marine, Mechanical, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in port or terminal loading operations.
Good knowledge of safety protocols and cargo-handling procedures.
Physically fit, alert, and able to work in outdoor operational environments.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays as required.
