Job Description

The Services required are to provide support and be deployed to set out as follows:

1. Collaborate with external partners and manage after-school programmes where he/she will assist in the attendance and overall discipline of the group of students,

2. Assist Assistant Year Head (AYH) in charge with designing customised daily after-school programmes with prospective

partners for segmented groups of high needs (HN) students to motivate and engage them to attend school,

3. Keep close monitoring on specific information of individual HN students during and after school. Track and report on the progress of these students, providing regular updates to the Head of Department (HOD) in charge.

4. Assist in the organising Learning Journey for HN students with AYH in charge; and

5. Provide support to HR and administrative operations and carry out any other tasks/duties assigned by Administration Manager & School Leaders.
