Receptionist services
• Reception front desk – Professionally greet and welcome all visitors, vendors,
• staff etc upon arrival.
Maintain a neat, organized and welcoming reception area at all times. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously,
• providing basic company information when requested.
Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures, issue visitor passes and notify relevant
staff of guest arrivals.
• Direct visitors/callers to the appropriate person or divisions.
Relay important information to staff as needed (e.g courier deliveries, meeting
• room changes)
Report maintenance issues for the reception area, common space, or equipment (e.g lights out, coffee machines not working etc..) to the appropriate
contact (Facilities / Corporate Services / ICT).
Manage the lost and found of items found with CAAS premises.
• Any other duties as assigned by Officer in Charge. For minor alterations • which do not result in drastic increase of the workload, CAAS shall not entertain any additional claim from the Contractor.
