Job Description & RequirementsThe Services required are set out as follows:
The staff will provide administrative support including counter duties to
attend to vendors, parents and students, management of inventory,
handling phone calls, to perform data entry, assist and create teaching
resources for school and to follow-up on duties assigned by the school
management.
– Personnel to be deployed shall not be pre-determined by MOE;
– Salaries of the Personnel shall not be pre-set; AWS/any other forms
of bonuses shall not be stated as an ITQ requirement by schools. This
is a matter to be determined between the Contractor and his
employee i.e. the Personnel. The Authority should only concern itself
with the price that it has to pay the Contractor for the provision of
