Job Description & Requirements1. Recruitment & Selection

 

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.

 

Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.

 

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

 

Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with departments for technical/second interviews, and ensure timely feedback.

 

2. Candidate Management

 

Maintain a talent pipeline and database of potential candidates for current and future roles.

 

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

 

Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and employment contracts.

 

3. Onboarding & Deployment

 

Coordinate pre-employment checks, medical screenings, and background verifications.

 

Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including orientation and handover to respective departments.

 

Ensure timely deployment of manpower to client sites/projects.

 

5. Compliance & Administration

 

Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and relevant employment laws/regulations.

 

Maintain accurate recruitment reports, documentation, and records.

 

Assist in preparation of recruitment-related reports and dashboards for management review.

 

6. Additional Responsibilities

 

Support employer branding initiatives and career fair participation.

 

Continuously explore innovative sourcing methods and improve recruitment efficiency.

 

Assist HR team with ad-hoc duties as required
