Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end travel and tour projects
Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate all stages of project lifecycle
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after the trip.
Maintain regular communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Organize all logistical details: flights, accommodations, activities, meals, transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients.
Ensure all tours comply with safety, legal, and health regulations.
Provide financial reports post-project.
Collect feedback post-travel to assess customer satisfaction.
Provide the Monthly report accurately
Job Requirement
- 3 years of relevant working experience in manpower management;
- Experience working with government agencies or in logistical arrangements for travel agencies and event companies will be a plus.
