1. Administrative duties generally include :
• Manage the General Office Counter and maintaining the cleanliness.
• Attend to all incoming phone calls and enquiry
• Attend to walk in visitors, parents and school’s stakeholders
• Received incoming mails/packages
• Distribution of notifications and letters in teachers’ mail trays
• Provision of simple first aid and attend to students who are unwell
including contacting teachers, parents as and when required
• Preparation of weekly sick bay records for VP
• Non confidential data entry
• Data or forms collection for teachers or students
2. Student Management Support :
• Processing students’ early dismissal during school hours
• Filing of early dismissal forms
• Data Entry
3. Other Admin :
• Management of Graduation Certs collection
• Any Other duties to support School Leaders, HODs, OM, School
