Audio Visual

 In charge of setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting AV

equipment in school compounds.

 Provide technical support in lighting, audio, video and stage for events by

the Authority or external organizations.

 Assist school staff in setting up AV equipment for events, meetings and

lessons when required.

 Assist teachers in video-recording school events and lessons when

required.

 To assist with school digital signages.

 To assist ICT staff when required.

AV Procurement

 assist HOD ICT / ICT Manager / ICT Associate with the procurement

process in regards AV related solutions and services.

 Recommending new equipment purchases when necessary

Managing AV Resources

 Assist ICT Team in managing the school’s AV resources such as

condemnation of AV equipment and the loan of AV equipment.

 Assist with venue bookings.

 Assist ICT Team for asset management and during audits.

 Performing routine inspection and maintenance on projectors, speakers,

microphones, and other AV equipment.

 Conduct annual maintenance of hardware and carry out troubleshooting and

basic repair of AV equipment.

 Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify.

 Maintaining records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

 Creating user guides for common AV setups if needed.

 Liaison with vendors regarding AV requirement and repair related matters.

Other tasks

 Video creation and editing.

 To assist with photography / videography and graphic design

 Any other duties assigned by the school.
