Job Description
a)Admin Functions
• Manage reception duties
• Schedule appointments and manage school calendars.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
• Assist in organising school events and activities
• Handle procurement tasks
• Liaise with teachers, students, and parents to address queries and concerns
• Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
• Assist with data entry and database management
• Support the admissions team during peak periods
b)Operations Functions
Event management responsibilities, including logistical support coordination
Liaison duties with external vendors
Safety Committee support to the Vice Principal, including;
Coordination of safety-related meetings and subsequent follow-up actions
Management of safety records and reports
Organisation of school-wide safety exercises (including fire and lockdown drills)
Communication with external agencies regarding safety-related initiatives
