.Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception duties
* Schedule appointments and manage school calendars.
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
* Assist in organising school events and activities
* Handle procurement tasks
* Liaise with teachers, students, and parents to address queries and concerns
* Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
* Assist with data entry and database management
* Support the admissions team during peak periods
