Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Provide frontine customer service, answer phone calls, handle
enquiries from parents and general public, attend to walk-ins and
provide basic first-aid to students
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail
3. Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting,
photocopying and shredding documents
4. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or
Key Personnel.
