Job Description
School Reception:
Manage the reception counter and keep the reception area
tidy, organized and receive visitors (including parents,
students, teachers, vendors, etc.) and provide customer
service support to them in a professional and prompt manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, screen and redirect calls to the
relevant personnel or taking messages and scheduling
appointments to facilitate effective communication between
school personnel.
Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier
deliveries to ensure timely correspondence.
Supporting the Sick Bay:
Attend to unwell or injured students who are brought to the sick
bay in a prompt and caring manner.
Assist in Temperature-taking exercise , fire drill etc.
Other Administrative Support:
Perform data entry, records keeping and photocopying
documents.
Attend to administration of lost and found items.
Provide others administrative support to school leaders and
Administration Managers.
