Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Reports directly to Operations Manager and/or HOD/Aesthetics and Applied Science

Oversees daily operations & maintenance of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) including but not limited to Reflections Theatre (RT), CCA rooms, VVIP room.

Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories within RTs (including dressing room), CCA room, and VVIP room.

Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre

Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)

To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre

To provide AVA and logistics support to school operations whenever the need arises.
