Job Description

The Services required are set out as follows:

1) Update and maintain the school website.

2) Research on suitable teaching and learning apps in Google Play

and Apple App Store and provide recommendations to school’s ICT

curriculum.

3) Train students in various Coding platforms, such as Scratch,

OSMO, and Micro:bits etc.

4) Provide ICT baseline training for students and guidance to students

on ICT or Multimedia competitions.

5) Create lesson plans and instructional guides and train school staff

in current and new ICT tools.

6) Work with ICT Staff to recommend and improve on school’s Project

Work lessons.

7) Design and print graphical and aesthetics aspect of contents for

school’s publication.

8) To film, edit and produce videos for school events and functions,

interviews, presentation videos, tutorial videos, welcome videos and

animation etc.

9) Take photos for school events and functions including edit photos to

meet the requirement and standards of the school.

10) Other administrative and ad-hoc duties needed by the department

or the school
