Middleware Engineer
Job Description
Middleware Design and Implementation;
Design, develop, and deploy middleware solutions, including messaging systems, APIs, and integration platforms.
Middleware Infrastructure Management;
Manage and maintain middleware infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Application Integration:
Integrate enterprise applications using middleware technologies, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
Performance Optimisation:
Monitor and optimise middleware performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Security and Compliance:
Apply patches.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge management systems for middleware infrastructure.
Job Requirement
The Middleware Engineer shall have at least 3 (three) years of experience with middleware technologies such as WebLogic 12c or later version, and minimally possess the following requirement:
At least 3 years of experience with WebLogic 12c or later version; and
Strong technical skills in middleware technologies, such as:
Messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka); or
APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP); or
Integration platforms (e.g., Red Hat JBoss); or
Containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); or
Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
DevOps Experience: Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
