Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Identify and attract top IT talent through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skillsets, and team dynamics for each role.
Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical expertise, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
Negotiate salary offers and other employment terms with candidates while aligning with company policies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to address future hiring needs.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skillsets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
