Senior Resident Architect (SRA)
Job Description
Responsibilities
Support and assist the SRE in all of the above duties as directed by him and/or the supervising Qualified Person(s)
Be responsible for maintaining discipline and punctuality among his team of RE and RTOs. He shall also ensure his team update their site movement chart and report absence to the office administrator.
If no RE or RTO, undertake the duties and responsibilities for the M&E and Architecture disciplines and supervise the works under the direction of the respective supervising Qualified Person(s).

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional bodies of equivalent standing as Board of Architects, Singapore
- Possess at least 15 years of working experience and site supervision of building works, architectural elements and finishing works.
