Reception
Handles the telephone calls; to pick up within 3 rings
Manages the frontline counter duty; attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
Handles incoming mails and distribution of letters to students/parents/teachers
Attends to goods delivery on behalf of staff
Attends to students leaving school early/injured students/admission to Sick Bay
General Admin
Oversees the general housekeeping of the General Office (i.e reception area, conference room, sick-bay and pantry – assisted by Operations Support Officer (OSO)
Arrange for temporary storage of received items in the General Office where necessary and inform relevant staff
Assist with lost & found items
Provides admin support to School Leaders and General Office Staff
Assists in admin duties such as data entry, faxing, etc.
Assists the Admin Managers in administrative tasks
Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/AMs
