Job Description
Responsibilities
Reports to the Authority and ensure proper maintenance of event site.
Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage,rectify any issues.
Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority.
A good team player who can multi-task, work with all levels of people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.

Requirements
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
- Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).
