Requirements
The Services required are set out as follows:
Handle general reception duties in handling duties such as calls, walk-in enquires and receiving delivery orders.
Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher / parents when necessary.
Manage Tampines Primary School’s generic email account.
Perform administrative duties to support school meetings and events.
Assist administration department in projects assigned related to administration.
Assist school in data entry in areas such as survey coordination or leave of absence of officers.
Assist school in areas such as filing and document creation.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the school leaders and administration manager.
