Responsibilities:
Process invoice
Support daily PMO task and activities
Prepare management reports
Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting
Support yearly budgeting and workplan exercise
Requirements:
Degree holder with relevant working experience
Good in MS Excel skills and handling of numbers
Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint and MS Teams
Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings
Effective information gathering and prepare management reports
