Job Description

Responsibilities

To plan, track, monitor project schedule and status, ensuring that the project is implemented and completed successfully within schedule and agreed costs
To supervise the team’s day-to-day operations, plan and provide resources and training for the team’s performance and case resolution
To ensure the activities carried out to deliver the services shall be properly managed and coordinated by the team, causing no disruption to business operations
Performance management of team, including and not limited to call observations, coaching, After Action Review (AAR), tracking and analyzing of errors for improvement
To be the point-of-contact between the Board and the Contractor via phone and email
To ensure security and confidentiality are observed by staff in accordance to the Official Secrets Act or any written instructions from the Board;
To handle escalations and perform service recovery for customers experiencing lapses in service delivery
To ensure delivery of excellent service to the public and efficient administrative service

Job Requirement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
Project Manager is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules
Should have strong organizational and communication skills
